Responsabilidades

  • Realizar o fechamento de contratos trabalhistas com foco em clientes do tipo reclamante (ex-funcionários)

  • Atender e orientar potenciais clientes de forma clara, empática e objetiva

  • Usar ferramentas jurídicas e de atendimento para conduzir o processo com segurança e agilidade

  • Registrar e acompanhar o andamento dos atendimentos no sistema jurídico do escritório

Requisitos

  • Experiência com vendas e atendimento ao cliente

  • Cursando ou bacharel em direito

  • Boa comunicação e escuta ativa

  • Facilidade para aprender e seguir processos

  • Perfil proativo, organizado e comprometido
