The Cary Company is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to cover our Illinois territory, promoting our container, packaging, and filtration product lines. This role involves managing a range of accounts in a dynamic and competitive market, offering a strong opportunity to contribute to our continued growth.


Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000

  • Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses tied to growth and retention.
  • High-Earning Opportunity: Top performers exceed over $125,000-$150,000 total compensation as territory matures.
  • Additional Rewards: Special incentives for new customer acquisition and hitting key milestones.
