Roles & Responsibilities

  • Advanced project and program management experience, ideally with global implementations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach; ability to read architectural design drawings and understand commercial construction practices.
  • Proficiency with Gantt-chart style project scheduling and experience with business systems (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Google products) plus excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus; college degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements:

  • Define overall program objectives, lead the development of workflow process standards, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams to manage deliverables and activities across multiple complex installation projects, ensuring alignment with schedules and milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines aligned to construction schedules, regularly publish status and risk reports, and maintain revenue forecasting and issue resolution SLAs.
  • Enforce program governance, drive continuous improvements, and communicate installation requirements, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with domestic and international client teams.

Job description

THE POSITION

This position will oversee the development and organization of programs & workflow process standards in support of Mood Media’s largest and most complex audiovisual (AV) equipment installation & technology deployments globally, working closely with clients to define and measure programmatic milestones for service delivery and implementation on a worldwide scale, and interfacing with installation/project managers, engineers, sales, and other teams to proactively drive process adherence, report upon attainment of milestones, and guarantee efforts are being properly coordinated across all project touchpoints.
 

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Define overall program objectives, lead the development of workflow process standards, and set expectations with buy-in from all key stakeholders
  • Work with internal and external teams to manage the coordination of efforts on various deliverables and activities across multiple complex installation projects
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines aligned to construction schedules and key project milestones
  • Regularly publish reports on status of work, assessment of risk against defined project milestones, relevant application analytics, product/inventory status, and issue resolution SLAs
  • Define program governances and enforce adherence to workflow standards
  • Drive continuous program improvements and/or adjustment in support of overall business success and client satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with domestic & international client teams regarding specific installation requirements, construction schedules, budgets, deliverables, etc.
  • Utilize Smartsheet to track and communicate project details, contacts, deliverables, milestones, and current project status
  • Maintain accurate project reporting & revenue forecasting
  • Successfully handle coordination of numerous fast paced, highly detailed projects simultaneously
  • Required Travel: 10-25%


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Advanced project and program management experience, ideally with experience in Global implementations
  • Scrupulous attention to detail and data-driven approach
  • Ability to read and comprehend architectural design drawings
  • Understanding of commercial construction practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain Gantt chart style project schedules and timeline documents
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Intermediate to advanced skills and experience in business systems, including Smartsheet, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Google products. 
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations with tact and proper judgment under pressure
  • Ability to meet strict internal and external timelines / milestones
  • Able to effectively provide, receive, and respond positively to constructive feedback
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and respond to changing business priorities
  • Ability to produce professional documents, including presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, and e-mail
  • Familiarity with commercial AV systems preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
  • College degree or equivalent experience
