Requirements:

  • Achieve store FI sales targets and manage business office duties, delivering PGA results of 100% or more
  • Provide in-store, one-on-one FI training with FI Managers through live client-facing sales modeling of the Sym-Tech FI process
  • Administer FI process core competency tests and participate in group/store sales training and meetings
  • Sales performance tracking, utilization of reporting tools, and participation in account kickoff processes (Pre/Kickoff/Post) with supervision, including regular updates to supervisors on opportunities or concerns

The F&I Specialist is responsible for achieving store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and utilizing the reporting tools to run sales reports.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Takes turn overs and performing all business office related duties.
• Achieves store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products delivering Profit Gap Analysis (PGA) results of 100% or more
• In store, one on one sales training with F&I Managers through live client facing sales modeling the Sym-Tech F&I process (Show me’s and sit in’s)
• Administration of F&I process core competency tests
• Participates in group / store sales training and meetings
• Sales performance tracking and providing updates
• Utilization of available sales reporting tools
• Participates in account kick-off process including Pre/Kickoff/Post activities (with supervision)
• Communicates with supervisors regularly, providing sales updates and informing of potential opportunities/concerns

Qualifications:


• Experience as Business, Finance or Sales Managers (preferably 3+ years in F&I)
• A proven track record within new car automotive retail producing results in F&I, Sales and Sales Management
• Excellent communication, training, coaching and relationship building skills
• OMVIC certified (Ontario only)
• A high level of energy and a positive attitude
