Currently we are looking for a Hardware Testing Engineer to join our global laboratory organization within the Littelfuse R&D Validation Team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring validation of Littelfuse products to customer requirements and program timing. While working in close cooperation with product, research & development, and service teams, in this role you will ensure complete and accurate coverage of requirements in test plans as well as interaction with other test engineers assisting with the execution of test plans. You will review test plans, test strategies and test results with project managers, product engineers, and test lab technicians.
 

This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Laboratory Manager.

About the job:

  • Analysis of customer requirements, specifications, and/or standards for product testing

  • Preparation of test plans based on customer requirements and/or related standards and estimation test plan durations

  • Perform electric, mechanical, hydraulic, temperature, vibration and/or other tests of products in accordance with a design and product validation plans

  • Test data analysis, test failure analysis; visualization/presentation of gathered data; preparation, submission, and participation approval reports process

  • Organization and coordination bench test set up, ordering necessary tests service with outsourced suppliers

  • Actively participation in assigned projects cross functional team meetings, propose solutions related testing topics to solve issues in projects activities

About you:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in electronics related field

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • Team player with a proactive approach and strong time management skills

  • Programing language experience would be beneficial for data processing (Python or etc.).

The salary range 2400 EUR gross – 2800 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
