What is the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep technical expertise in enterprise security and networking technologies to join our Technical Services team. If you’re passionate about solving complex technical challenges, driving customer success, and shaping best practices for secure and resilient enterprise environments, we’d love to meet you.
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be the technical authority for escalations involving network security architectures, identity and access management, and secure connectivity solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to diagnose and resolve challenging issues while providing strategic guidance to customers. This role requires hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, zero trust frameworks, identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta, and authentication protocols that power secure access across distributed networks.
Your expertise will not only drive technical resolution for customers but also inform Omnissa’s product direction and best practice frameworks. Here's a breakdown:

Education: Bachelor's Degree referred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Compensation: The typical base salary for this role is between USD $173,662– $361,512 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
