Job description


Supports the closing process for real estate transactions, including home equity lines of credit, by delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication to all parties involved. Ensures that transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from both internal teams and external partners, addressing moderately complex questions and escalating when needed.

  • Monitor and manage communications from shared inboxes, work queues, and phone calls.

  • Prepare, review, and collect necessary documents and forms for property transaction recordings.

  • Arrange signing appointments, assemble closing packages, and finalize post-closing documentation.

  • Act as a central point of contact between all involved parties to ensure smooth and timely resolutions.

  • Accurately document updates in company systems and maintain organized records.

  • Follow up on outstanding matters and update status as needed.

  • Maintain proactive communication to keep all parties informed throughout the process.

  • Identify and communicate any potential delays, issues, or trends to management.

  • Exercise good judgment in applying or making exceptions to company policies.

  • Take ownership of incoming inquiries to ensure complete and timely resolution.

  • Consistently work toward improving the customer experience.

  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
