  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, keyboarding/data entry, and basic math
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to delivering superior customer service

Requirements:

  • Opening and noting receipt in all new escrows
  • Preparing estimated closing statements for buyer and seller, and assisting lenders with their funding and closing conditions
  • Entering status reports with all pertinent information for clients
  • Backing up the team and managing all aspects of the escrow transaction, including customer service and clerical support for all parties involved

Job description


We are looking for an Escrow Officer with Multi-State or National experience to work remotely for a National Title Insurance Company.
This is a temp-to-hire position with competitive pay and 100% REMOTE!


Must be professional, do well in a fast-paced environment, and be accurate. The ideal candidate will be driven, entrepreneurial, passionate, polished, and savvy.

Some of the basics:
Opening and notating receipt in all new escrows
Preparing estimated closing statements for buyer and seller, assisting lenders with their funding and closing conditions
Entering the status reports with all pertinent information for clients
Performing as backup to the team and managing all aspects of the transaction
Performing customer service and clerical functions to assist all parties involved in the escrow process

Requirements:
Experience working with Resware is required

Absolutely must be computer savvy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos (proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar a must).
Excellent verbal/written skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are required.
Ability to deliver superior customer service.
Must have a high level of organization and strong attention to detail.
Computer competency (Microsoft Office), keyboarding/data entry skills, basic math skills, phone/customer service skills, spelling and proofreading required.
