Job description

Technical Business Analyst - Remote

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Project Description:

Join our Enterprise Technology Services group to work on the ServiceNow application, the IT Service Management tool for Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration (CMDB), and Request Management.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Lead client meetings and serve as the client relationship specialist
Serve as liaison for the development team
Conduct R&D for ServiceNow features and capabilities within the toolset

Required Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow development and knowledge of code best practices
Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture
Effective liaison leading technical development teams
Knowledge of SDLC practices
Strong facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple groups
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting to management
Experience with Agile methodologies
Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc.)
Problem/Risk Management
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
