Client location: Atlanta, Georgia (EST)
Schedule (time and timezone): Wednesday–Sunday Eastern Standard Time (EST)Exact hours TBD (Theo determining best ROI hours)
Client business Overview:
Clients need support for Sales Development (primary), Social Media, and Bookkeeping. Uses multiple business tools for CRM, project management, and accounting. Prioritizes strong English and prefers to scale to 3 assistants after validating Wing’s process.
Required:
Project Manager with 5+ years of experience managing kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Real time availability via Zoom and phone: 7am-6pm EST (New York Time)
Excel spreadsheet proficient
Preferred:
Buildertrend experience
CRM experience
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
