Cloud Developer – API Platform at Nordcloud

We are looking for a Cloud Developer to join our team and drive the evolution of a centrally managed API platform built on Google Cloud and ApigeeX. This role combines software development with Infrastructure-as-Code to deliver secure, scalable and high-performing API solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Enhance and optimize our API platform using ApigeeX and Google Cloud services
• Develop features and automation for APIs and platform components
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Github Actions) for deployments and provisioning
• Ensure API security, compliance, and observability
• Designing technical solutions, building, testing and implementing new business requirements
• Working in a small and close-knit team who supports each other and shares knowledge actively
• Being responsible and guarding the service you build

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud and ApigeeX, Serverless, Datastore, Bigquery
• Strong programming skills (Python, Javascript/Typescript), Angular frontend development a plus
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of API management and security best practices (Cloud Armor, WAF)
