  • Willing and able to travel 75%+
  • Willing to obtain working knowledge of Barnhart heavy lift and specialty rigging equipment to support procurement
  • Experience with MS Project or other project scheduling software

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and maintain an MS Project schedule for project mobilization.
  • Schedule shipping of tooling and equipment resources for project mobilization, including trucking requirements and DOT permitting.
  • Obtain working knowledge of Barnhart heavy lift and specialty rigging equipment to support project procurement needs.
  • Review and approve equipment and tooling resources in the Barnhart IFS system and create weekly and monthly inventory reports for tracking equipment, tooling, and rigging equipment to support procurement.

Site Project Logistics: The Site Project Logistics assists with the development of the project logistics plan for the mobilization of tooling, equipment, and manpower for BEC projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the operations team to develop and maintain an overall MS Project schedule. (one-community)
  • Responsible for scheduling shipping of tooling and equipment resources for project mobilization, including required trucking and DOT permitting. (full-Commitment)
  • Obtain working knowledge of Barnhart heavy lift and specialty rigging equitment to be able to support project procurement needs. (true- Craftsmanship)
  • Reviewing and approving equitment and tooling resources within Barnhart IFS system and creating/maintaining weekly and monthly inventory reports for tracking equitment, tooling and rigging equitment to be able to support project procurement needs. (high-Character)
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Software
  • Must be available to travel 75%+
