Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding tobacco products, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues they may have.

Accurately document customer interactions to support improvements in service and processes.

Requirements
