  • Collaborate with agency creative and strategy teams to produce platform-optimised, high-performance video content across multiple client brands
  • Create scroll-stopping video content and optimise assets for Meta ads, Instagram, website assets, and other digital channels to drive engagement and conversions
  • Ensure brand consistency and production quality by adhering to client briefs, brand guidelines, and performance benchmarks; manage motion graphics, captions, color grading, and audio as needed

Job Title: Senior Video Editor (Social & Digital Content)

Working Hours: 7AM - 3PM (+8 GMT)

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Video Editor to join a leading marketing and creative agency. This role focuses on creating high-performance video content for social media advertising, organic content, and digital campaigns, working across multiple client brands to drive engagement and conversions.

You'll work directly with the agency's creative and strategy teams, managing the complete video production pipeline from concept development and editing through to final delivery. The agency provides established client briefs, brand guidelines, and performance benchmarks to guide your work.

What success looks like: Consistently producing scroll-stopping video content that drives measurable results across Meta ads, Instagram, website assets, and other digital channels whilst maintaining brand consistency and production quality. You'll handle both creative execution and technical optimisation, ensuring all video assets are platform-optimised and performance-focused.

This role suits editors who've consistently delivered high-converting social content in agency environments and thrive on seeing their work drive real business outcomes across multiple brands.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills
  • 5+ years hands-on experience editing video content for social media and digital advertising
  • Expert-level proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
  • Proven portfolio showcasing high-performance social video content and Meta ads
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects
  • Understanding of platform specifications and optimisation (vertical video, aspect ratios, file sizes)
  • Ability to work from raw footage, stock content, and client-provided assets
  • Experience colour grading, audio mixing, and adding captions/text overlays
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
