We are a leading vocational training institute based in Surat, specializing in job-oriented courses in Accounting, Finance, GST, and Tally. To better serve working professionals and students who are unavailable during regular business hours, we are expanding our evening operations.
This is a 6-month internship with a clear opportunity for full-time employment for high-performing interns.
Sales & Lead Conversion (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Make 35–45 outbound sales calls daily to prospective students
Connect with leads who were unreachable during regular business hours
Explain course details, fees, batch timings, and career benefits
Handle queries and objections related to pricing, courses, and placements
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
Schedule branch visit appointments when required
Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the system
Follow up consistently until conversion or closure
Submit daily call report by 10:15 PM via WhatsApp
Student Administration (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM and between calls)
Process admission forms and student documentation
Follow up on pending fee installments
Generate fee receipts using invoicing software
Maintain student inquiry and admission records
Coordinate with the branch team on student-related matters
Support evening student events and activities when required
Monthly Admission Targets
Month 1–2: 2–4 admissions (learning and ramp-up phase)
Month 3–6: 4–5 admissions (consistent performance)
Daily Activity
Minimum 35–40 quality calls per day
Professional and clear communication with prospects
Respond to assigned leads within 15 minutes
Complete daily reporting without fail
Must Have
Completed graduation or final-year students who have finished coursework
Personal laptop and smartphone in good working condition
Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Availability for evening shift:
Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and English
Comfortable making 35–45 sales calls daily
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, web-based tools)
Strongly Preferred
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support
Experience in the education or training sector
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or invoicing software
Basic understanding of accounting, finance, or GST courses
During Internship (6 Months)
Monthly stipend of ₹8,000
Company SIM card for calling (phone to be provided by you)
Complete training on sales techniques, courses, and systems
Regular mentorship from an experienced sales manager
Internship completion certificate
Letter of recommendation for strong performers
Base salary of ₹15,000 per month + incentives
