  • Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: assist in designing and implementing a gender diversity program for the Strategy Transformation function, research best practices, and collect and analyze data related to gender diversity
  • Talent Acquisition Recruitment: support the development and execution of a tailored recruitment process for Strategy Transformation roles in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, and help create job descriptions when necessary
  • Employee Engagement & Communications: contribute to engagement activities and assist in designing and implementing an engagement program; develop engagement tools and materials for people leaders
  • General HR Strategy Transformation support: assist with various tasks and projects within Strategy Transformation to drive diversity, engagement, and talent acquisition

Your role

As an HR Intern in Strategy & Transformation, you will play an active role in shaping initiatives that strengthen our HR for our Strategy & Transformation team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in projects that drive diversity, engagement, and talent acquisition, while supporting key transformation programs. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn, contribute, and make an impact in a dynamic international environment.

You will support HR Strategy & Transformation in a variety of tasks, which could include:

  • Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives

Assist in designing and implementing a gender diversity program for the Strategy & Transformation function.

Research best practices and propose actionable steps to enhance gender diversity.

Collect and analyze data related to gender diversity

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Support the development and execution of a tailored recruitment process for Strategy & Transformation roles in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team and help create job descriptions when necessary.

  • Employee Engagement & Communication

Contribute to engagement activities and assist in designing and implementing a engagement program. Assist in developing engagement tools and materials for people leaders

What you bring along

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development.

  • Experience from extra-curricular activities, an internship or job preferred

  • Quick learner with excellent attention to detail and adaptability.

  • Skilled at multitasking and working under time constraints.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
