Job description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to present a unique opportunity for individuals already residing in Greece to join a Belgian Energy Company as part-time Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives. This role is perfect for those looking to balance work with personal commitments while making a meaningful contribution to the energy sector.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch support to Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to energy services, billing, and account management. Your strong communication skills and understanding of customer needs will be essential in ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding energy inquiries
  • Assist customers with questions about their accounts, billing issues, and service inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective handling of customer needs
  • Stay informed about energy market trends and our service offerings

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Residency in Greece
  • In possession of AMKA and AFMI
  • Prior customer service experience, ideally in the energy or utility sector, is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Able to work part-time hours while living in Greece
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in the energy sector and helping customers navigate their services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
