  • Handle real-time chats and resolve customer queries for international process
  • Provide voice and chat support to international customers
  • Maintain professional English communication during customer interactions
  • Adhere to rotational night-shift schedule and five-day work week

Job description

We are hiring for International Semi Voice Process (Permanent Work from Office Job)


Freshers and Experienced both are Eligible

 

Job Criteria:

1) Immediate joiners required

2) Excellent verbal communication skills

3) Minimum 12 months of experience in an Any International Process will be considered

4) Ability to handle real-time chats and solve the queries

5) Fresher with excellent English communication.

 

Shift Timings & Off:

5-day work week with rotational shifts

Predominantly night shifts

 

Compensation:-

CTC: 3 to 4.50 LPA (varies based on candidate experience)

 

Additional Information:

Work from Home

Two-way cab facility available up to 35km from the office based on the shift timings.

 

Work Location:- Gurgaon

 

 Selection Process:-


1) HR Interview

2) OPs ( Manager Round )

3) Assessment


Interviews will be conducted via both virtual and in-person formats.
