Requirements:

  • Handle real-time chats and voice interactions with international customers to resolve queries
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow standard operating procedures, adhere to quality guidelines, and maintain records of interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors and collaborate with the team for timely resolution

Job description

We are hiring for International Semi Voice Process (Permanent Work from Office Job)


Freshers and Experienced both are Eligible

 

Job Criteria:

1) Immediate joiners required

2) Excellent verbal communication skills

3) Minimum 12 months of experience in an Any International Process will be considered

4) Ability to handle real-time chats and solve the queries

5) Fresher with excellent English communication.

 

Shift Timings & Off:

5-day work week with rotational shifts

Predominantly night shifts

 

Compensation:-

CTC: 3 to 4.50 LPA (varies based on candidate experience)

 

Additional Information:

Work from Home

Two-way cab facility available up to 35km from the office based on the shift timings.

 

Work Location:- Gurgaon

 

 Selection Process:-


1) HR Interview

2) OPs ( Manager Round )

3) Assessment


Interviews will be conducted via both virtual and in-person formats.
