Roles & Responsibilities

  • Education: Any 10th, 12th and Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates with 0-3 years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; good interpersonal, numerical and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word) and multilingual capability: English + Hindi + Kannada or English + Hindi + Telegu (or English + Kannada + Tamil)
  • Flexible for day shifts (9-hour login between 8 AM–10 PM), willing to work 6 days a week with a weekday off; laptop with webcam, reliable internet and power backup

Requirements:

  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting and developing relationships with potential clients
  • Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending solutions; outbound calling on lead data and follow-ups on older and new leads
  • Maintain quality service by upholding organizational standards and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Be energetic, well-spoken and focused on closing sales deals to generate revenue

Job description

Job Title: Sales Expert L-1

Location: Pan India

Type: Work From Home

Salary Range: 12,000-14,000 (inhand) + 2,000 (net allowance) + incentives


Qualification / Education and other Requirements:

  • Education- Any 10th, 12th and Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates. (with 0-3 years of exp.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Language required: English, Hindi, Kannada OR English, Hindi, Telegu OR
  • Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
  • Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
  • Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.

English, Kannada, Tamil.


Laptop with webcam, good speed Internet connection and power backup is a must.

Role and Responsibility Sales Expert L-1

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
  • Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
  • Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.


About Training - Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee to understand end to end process.


Salary

12000 - 14000 INR (Per Month)
