Roles & Responsibilities

  • Education: 10th/12th or Diploma or Graduate/Postgraduate; 0-3 years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal, numerical and analytical skills
  • Languages: English and Hindi; Kannada or Telugu or Tamil as required
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); willingness to work day shifts (8 AM–10 PM) and 6 days a week; laptop with webcam, reliable internet and power backup

  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential customers
  • Sell products by establishing contact, understanding needs, and recommending solutions; outbound calls on lead data and follow-up on leads
  • Maintain quality service by adhering to organizational standards and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Close sales, drive revenue, and participate in training to understand end-to-end processes

Job description

Job Title: Sales Expert L-1

Location: Pan India

Type : Work From Home


Salary Range: 12,000-14000 (in hand) +2,000(net allowance ) + incentives


Qualification / Education and other Requirements:

Education- Any 10th


, 12th and Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates. (with 0-3 years of exp.)


Excellent verbal and written communication.

Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.

Decision making skills.

Language required: English, Hindi, Kannada OR English, Hindi, Telugu OR

English, Kannada, Tamil.

Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).

Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).

Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.


**Laptop with webcam, good speed Internet connection and power backup is a must**

Role and Responsibility Sales Expert L-1


Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with

prospects recommending solutions.

Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary

data sources.

Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue

for the organization.


About Training- Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee

to understand end to end process.


Salary

12000 - 14000 INR (Per Month)
