We are looking for an experienced Lead Backend C# Developer to join our Client’s Portal Team, responsible for developing our enterprise-grade portal solutions. This role involves architecting, implementing, and maintaining robust backend systems that power complex AI solutions for enterprise and government. You will bring a strong focus on good architecture and problem solving with system reliability and scalability in mind. You will be working with the latest technologies in a collaborative, agile, and professionally challenging environment
Architect, develop, and maintain backend services of our enterprise-grade portal solutions.
Take ownership of system-level design tasks and collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to align backend solutions with overall system goals.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to system design, architecture, and code reviews.
Champion a culture of continuous learning, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the development team.
Lead by example in producing clean, high-quality, reusable code following established best practices for scalability and security.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services and databases.
Review and mentor developers on the use of best practices and code patterns.
Perform unit testing and automated testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
Diagnose, debug problems, and optimize performance bottlenecks in production environments.
Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Proactive, confident, doesn’t shy away from responsibility, takes full ownership, independence, inner drive to become successful
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to talk to international clients
Tech savvy (up to date with the latest trends), hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, from development to deployment and operations.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team consisting of software engineers, DevOps, and other specialists. (e.g solution architects, product managers, scrum masters, developers, and client’s Team)
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with strong proficiency in a either C++, C#, GO, or Java.
Some Modern C++ experience is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of enterprise-level web applications.
Strong understanding of relational database management systems (and SQL).
Familiarity with cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
Experience with automated testing frameworks is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of modern agile software development principles and practices.
Experience with any of the following would be considered a bonus
Enterprise SaaS platform development
Microservices and message-oriented architectures
NoSQL / Document database systems
gRPC, or Message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
