Job Title: Android Application Developer (Contract, Remote)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled AR Developer with expertise in LibGDX, Kotlin, and ARCore to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating 3D models (.glb, G3DJ) into Android applications and working with AR visualization. This is a fully remote position, providing an exciting opportunity to work on innovative AR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AR applications using LibGDX, Kotlin, and ARCore.
• Integrate 3D models (.glb, G3DJ) into Android applications.
• Work with Android Kotlin and MVVM architecture to ensure clean and scalable code.
• Optimize AR applications for performance and battery life across multiple Android devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot AR applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AR technology, machine learning, and computer vision.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in LibGDX and Kotlin.
• Proficiency in Java and Python (Go is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with ARCore and 3D model integration in Android applications.
• Strong knowledge of .glb and G3DJ model formats for AR visualization.
• Experience in loading AR 3D models into Android views.
• Knowledge of MVVM architecture for Android applications.
• Experience with machine learning or computer vision libraries is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AR applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
