About the Role:

We are hiring a full-time Email Marketing Executive who will be responsible for sending outreach emails using their own Gmail/Outlook account (we do not provide any server or software tools). Your job is to send email campaigns to potential leads daily and generate demo bookings for our B2B design services. This is a performance-driven role. You will be paid per qualified lead/demo booked.

Responsibilities:

Send daily cold emails manually from your Gmail/Outlook account (well provide templates)

Track responses and follow up on interested leads

Book demo meetings and pass the lead to the team

Maintain records of leads in Excel/Google Sheets

Eligibility:

Basic knowledge of email marketing and cold email practices

Good written English and communication skills

Comfortable working in the 6 PM to 3 AM IST window

Must have a laptop and stable internet connection

Must be self-motivated and consistent with daily targets

Compensation:

You will be paid between 800 - 1000 per qualified demo booking

Payments will be made monthly based on output

Offer letter will be provided as a full-time employee
