Location: Santiago, Chile (remote)

Role Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (English–Spanish) Ecommerce Operations Specialist (remote) with strong data discipline to run and stabilize operations across multiple marketplaces. This role is execution-first: fixing broken data, resolving sync issues, and keeping catalogs, inventory, and pricing accurate at scale. Able to work independently within established systems and escalate complex issues appropriately. The ideal candidate is ops-driven, detail-obsessed, comfortable working at scale, and focused on clean systems over quick patches.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate daily across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Temu, eBay, Shopify, and related channels

• Pull, audit, and reconcile large marketplace and OMS reports

• Execute bulk uploads (inventory, listings, pricing, attributes)

• Diagnose and resolve data and sync failures across marketplaces and tools

• Maintain clean, accurate SKUs, quantities, costs, and compliance fields

• Move fast without breaking downstream systems

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel/Sheets (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IFs, pivots, data cleanup)

• Strong handling of structured data (CSV, flat files, JSON)

• Deep understanding of how marketplace data flows—and where it breaks

• Ability to work independently, find root cause, and implement fixes

• Advanced English at the C2 or higher level
