The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team:

RTX Enterprise Services - Data (ES-Data) group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual (CORE Champion – Data & AI Operations) to help drive our RTX CORE operating model objectives. This role is pivotal in maintaining our control tower, improving maturity across our RTX data domains and operating systems, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.

This role requires hands-on mentorship, strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to drive progress and decisions across various areas within and outside of the (ES-Data) organization. Success requires diplomacy, highly disciplined execution and coordination between cross functional disciplines and teams. Knowledge of the RTX CORE Operating system is required and prior experience working in a factory highly preferred.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist the CORE embedded lead with the  deployment and configuration of the CORE operating system within ES-Data, aligned to RTX strategy
  • Maintain and enhance the control tower to track and visualize key business metrics
  • Assess data domain maturity against CORE standards and drive improvement actions
  • Assist CORE Embedded lead with goal alignment for long-, mid-, and short-term objectives and cascade goals to subdomains
  • Execute and monitor continuous improvement plans using CORE tools
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure control tower targets are met and enable collaboration
  • Provide training and support on CORE methodologies to foster continuous improvement in ES Data
  • Ensure effective data management to support data integrity of control tower reporting
  • Develop and analyze reports to track progress, trends, and decision-making
  • Champion the REPM process, reinforce accountability to standards, and report monthly progress

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, continuous improvement, or a related field.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • CORE Champion certified with experience in aerospace and defense
  • Strong knowledge of CORE, RTX strategy, and continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma/ACE)
  • Proficient in data management and analytics
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Adaptable, learning-oriented, and effective in fast-paced environments
  • Experience or willingness to learn how to lead engagements to improve organizational efficiencies
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; openness to different perspectives

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
