Job Description

负责High-end LCMS产品的现场安装、操作培训、维修维护等工作，包括但不限于高效液相、三重四极杆、飞行时间、淌度等相关的硬件及相应的软件等
及时解决客户问题，确保用户满意度，维护良好用户关系
与其他部门同事协作，完成客户的各项售后服务和支持项目
按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作

Qualifications

化学、药学、食品、生物学、电学等相关专业本科及以上学历
至少3年以上LC或LCMS操作使用经历或1年以上相关产品的售后服务经验，深入了解相关的仪器工作原理和日常维护操作
喜欢技术钻研，动手能力强，对售后服务工作有兴趣
具有优秀的口头表达和交流沟通能力
具有良好的英文读写和一定的听说能力
能适应高频次的出差节奏
