Overview: We're looking for a Business Analyst  to gather and document requirements, analyze gaps, and translate business needs into actionable solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Document current state processes through observation, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Gather and analyze requirements to identify gaps between current and desired future states.
  • Create clear business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases based on project methodology.

• Collaboration & Translation

  • Work closely with developers and the Business Analyst team to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Ensure requirements are understood, documented, and signed off by key stakeholders.

• Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate project completion, documentation, and transition to close with internal teams.
  • Communicate project scope, objectives, and changes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Support testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
