Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
Customize WordPress solutions to meet business needs, including developing custom post types, taxonomies, and shortcodes.
Lead the implementation of WordPress features and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Manage DNS configurations and ensure proper domain routing for WordPress-based sites.
Experience with WPEngine is a plus, including performance optimization and environment management.
Participate in architectural discussions, providing insights on WordPress scalability and security.
Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Work closely with designers and frontend developers to integrate WordPress backend logic with custom themes and user interfaces.
