Job description

Yardi Specialist Position

Role Overview

This is a new in-house position to reduce reliance on external consultants

Will handle first-line support for Yardi questions across the company

Primary Responsibilities

Serve as primary resource for all Yardi questions company-wide
Resolve issues directly when possible, or escalate to Yardi support or external consultants
Monitor trends and proactively address training needs and process improvements
Handle recurring scheduled duties including monthly rent charges and period closings
Manage communications through the platform
Support annual rent registrations
Handle property onboardings and off-boardings, including loading prior ledger balances, rent rolls, setting up units and unit types
Develop strategies to better leverage the platform and improve daily operations

Technical Requirements

Strong Yardi experience required
New York Yardi experience would be highly beneficial (considered a "cherry on top") due to New York's unique requirements
