Roles & Responsibilities

Experience designing, building, and maintaining cloud data infrastructure for scalable, secure, and reliable data processing.
Strong ETL development skills and experience with automated data pipelines.
Experience integrating data into Google BigQuery from APIs, databases, and spreadsheets.
Knowledge of data validation, data quality checks, and data governance/regulatory considerations; ability to document workflows.

Requirements:

Design, build, and maintain robust cloud data infrastructure to support data engineering processes, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Develop and optimize automated data pipelines for ETL of structured and unstructured data into Google BigQuery.
Integrate data from various sources (APIs, databases, spreadsheets) into BigQuery and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality checks.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize data workflows, proactively resolving issues to ensure continuous operation and document workflows to align with data regulations and best practices.
