You’ll bring order to chaos, clarity to creativity, and speed to every launch.
Manage end-to-end execution of creative and production projects—from kickoff to delivery.
Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables across teams.
Ensure all moving parts align to meet client goals and internal standards.
Coordinate between creative, media, production, and strategy departments.
Keep communication flowing, blockers cleared, and priorities aligned.
Ensure everyone knows what success looks like—and how to get there.
Build, track, and manage detailed project schedules.
Hold teams accountable to deadlines without compromising creative quality.
Anticipate risks and solve issues before they impact delivery.
Support Account Executives and Production Leads in updating clients on progress.
Ensure deliverables meet expectations and feedback loops are handled efficiently.
Represent High Scale’s precision and professionalism in every interaction.
Identify bottlenecks, implement tools, and streamline cross-departmental systems.
Champion process improvements that allow us to scale faster and smarter.
Track KPIs for project performance, turnaround speed, and client satisfaction.
3–6 years of project management or production coordination experience (agency or creative environment preferred).
Obsessed with timelines, details, and smooth execution.
Skilled in building repeatable systems that scale.
Proficient in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Notion).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
Clear, concise, and confident when presenting updates or solving problems.
You thrive in fast-moving environments and manage competing priorities gracefully.
Known for your ability to keep projects moving, even when things get chaotic.
Quick thinker who thrives on finding creative solutions to logistical challenges.
