This is a remote position.
Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst with strong core Ambulatory build and optimization experience and hands-on support of Care Everywhere and CareLink for a healthcare client in Texas. This is a remote position with monthly onsite travel required.
Lead and support Epic Ambulatory core build, configuration, and optimization.
Support Care Everywhere and CareLink interoperability workflows, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
Maintain build documentation, testing materials, and support artifacts.
Participate in Epic upgrades, releases, and optimization initiatives.
Provide end-user support and ensure HIPAA and data governance compliance.
Epic Ambulatory certification (required)
Epic Care Everywhere and CareLink experience
3+ years of Epic Ambulatory build and support experience
Strong understanding of ambulatory workflows and interoperability standards (HL7, CCD, FHIR)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Ability to work remotely with monthly onsite travel
In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of related professional experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments will be considered.
