Job description

This is a remote position.

Position : Salesforce Automotive Cloud Lead Engineer

Experience: 6+ years

The Salesforce Automotive Cloud Lead Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Automotive Cloud solutions. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to build and customize solutions that meet our business needs and drive industry-leading results. As a lead engineer, you will guide a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful integration and performance of Salesforce solutions.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Automotive Cloud architecture and data model.
Experience in integrating Salesforce Automotive Cloud with other systems.
Experience in leading and managing Salesforce Automotive Cloud projects.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Automotive Cloud or similar CRM solutions. Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce implementation projects.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Automotive Cloud, including customization, configuration, and integration. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning is a plus. Design and develop advanced Salesforce Automotive Cloud solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Automotive Cloud Consultant or equivalent certifications preferred. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and projects. Ability to inspire and motivate team members..
