Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and integration, and will be responsible for analyzing and migrating legacy case management systems to Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions to analyze the migration of case management systems from legacy platforms to Salesforce.
- Design and architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Analyze integration connectivity between legacy systems and the Salesforce environment.
- Perform detailed analysis of merging location and account objects, including their related references and dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure data integrity and consistency during object merging and system integration.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and testing teams.
- Document architectural decisions, data models, and integration strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and platform capabilities.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and object modeling in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are preferred.
