Requirements:

  • Manage PPC and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Set up and optimise conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and monitor campaign performance for global audiences
  • Write compelling, results-driven ad copy with impeccable grammar and spelling; develop effective ad creative briefs
  • Interpret campaign briefs, provide strategic recommendations, collaborate with the team, and ensure deadlines and client KPIs are met

This is a remote position.

Atomic Digital Marketing is seeing hyper-growth and we are presenting an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team of experts. 


We are searching for a highly skilled and organised, PPC & Paid Social Manager who has a multitude of experience under their belt - specifically Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

Our clients operate within a wide spectrum of industries meaning our ideal candidate would have experience advertising in an array of sectors. An impressive understanding of global audiences is an essential ability for this role, due to the vast variety of worldwide clients, both B2B and B2C.


Working for an established digital marketing agency such as Atomic, requires excellent organisational abilities whilst consistently meeting deadlines. The perfect candidate will become an extension of our existing community which we have worked so hard to maintain. A great team spirit is key, with the passion to go above and beyond where needed. 



Requirements

Essential

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn ads

  • Ability to setup conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager

  • Ability to write compelling, result-driving ad copy, with impeccable grammar and spelling

  • A great understanding of advertising strategy and audience insights whilst possessing the ability to follow instructions whilst meeting deadlines

  • Great time management, communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to interpret campaign briefs and ask questions when needed

  • At least five years' professional experience in PPC

  • Experience working at a digital marketing agency

  • Ambition to grow into a department management position, as the company and department grows

  • Fluent in English

Desirable

  • Experience managing a PPC team, or PPC freelancers, within a digital marketing agency

  • Proven advertising experience across TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic advertising

  • Experience contributing to sales pitches and proposals

  • Experience working alongside SEO professionals to jointly develop search strategies

  • Involvement in creating visual assets for ads, or creating briefs for visual assets

  • Experience in creating processes for setting up, and optimising campaigns in an efficient manner

As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to complete a short task. Atomic Digital Marketing will make adjustments to the hiring process for any candidate who requires an alternative process to best showcase their skills. 



Salary: £30,000-£45,000
