Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required)
  • 5+ years of FP&A, accounting, or auditing experience (Required); manufacturing experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle)
  • Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred; experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred

Requirements:

  • Deliver timely, actionable financial planning and analysis to business units; analyze monthly results, identify trends/variances, and recommend corrective actions; develop financial models for business cases (ROI, NPV, IRR, payback)
  • Oversee capital expenditures and conduct post-investment performance audits; support leadership in understanding cost drivers and performance metrics
  • Develop and manage operational budgets and projections with manufacturing leaders; monitor inventory and inventory turns; drive ongoing process improvements; participate in production meetings and Gemba walks
  • Present financial insights to senior leadership; mentor junior analysts; lead or contribute to special projects; leverage ERP and BI tools to streamline reporting and drive process improvements; stay informed on industry trends

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decisions, with a particular focus in manufacturing, cost optimization, and business case development.

What You'll Be Doing Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Deliver timely, actionable financial analysis and insights to business units.

  • Oversee capital expenditures and conduct post‑investment performance audits

  • Analyze monthly results, identify trends and variances, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Develop financial models for business cases, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis.

  • Support business leaders in understanding cost drivers and performance metrics.

  • Lead or contribute to special projects.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Manufacturing Support

  • Develop and manage operational budgets and projections by collaborating with manufacturing leaders

  • Partner with operations to drive improvements in key cost drivers

  • Monitor and analyze inventory and inventory turns

  • Attend and contribute to production meetings and Gemba walks, providing data‑driven support to drive ongoing process improvements

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing & other functions to support strategic initiatives.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development and process improvement.

  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership driven by advanced analysis, best practices and benchmarking.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Leverage ERP and financial systems to streamline reporting and analysis.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide insights that influence business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Accounting, Finance, or related field Required

  • Master and/or CPA Preferred

  • 5+ years FP&A, accounting, or auditing Required

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle).

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

  • Comfortable partnering with executive-level business leaders.
