Job description

This is a remote position.

TekRecruiter has been asked to recruit a Cloud Network Engineer to join the team of an awesome technology company. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire that is Fully Remote. This team has a 100% contract to perm conversion ratio, this position is for someone looking for a Full-time, long term opportunity.

Description:

Cloud network engineers specialize in migrating functions and networks to private, public, and hybrid cloud infrastructures. In doing so, they give organizations the freedom and flexibility to maximize their flexibility and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan and implement client-specific cloud solutions
Identify appropriate cloud providers
Ensuring the cloud network is responsive to user demands
Scaling cloud services to serve growing businesses
Troubleshooting issues which arise
Liaising with business owners and/or stakeholders to determine growth plans
Monitoring usage of cloud network
Implementing effective security strategies on cloud networks

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree
Strong GCP Experience
Strong Palo Alto Experience
At least 7 years of overall Infrastructure experience
At least 3 years of Cloud experience
