We are looking for a

Senior Software Engineer – Full-Stack JAVA & Angular

The software engineer has to design, develop, and maintain SaaS solutions in close collaboration with product, QA, and architecture teams.

Permits is a SaaS platform that digitalizes and automates environmental and construction permitting processes, enabling authorities to manage applications, compliance checks, and regulatory workflows through scalable, API-driven systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate user needs into scalable solutions
  
• Implement best practices
  
• Ensure code quality & testing
  
• Collaborate with architecture & QA
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
  
• Mentor junior developers
  
• Contribute to documentation
  

Required technical skills:

• Must: Java, Spring Boot, Angular; Git (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernetes; SaaS multi-tenant experience
  
• Nice to Have: DMN, MLOps, AI Engineering, JIRA & Confluence
  

Further requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in related role
  
• Strong soft skills: autonomy, initiative, communication
  
• Ownership mindset
  
• Fluent spoken English, French is a plus
  
• Occasional travel
  
• Remote work experience is a plus
  
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, self-driven
  
• Analytical skills, organization, team collaboration
