This is a remote position.

WFH | Full-Time | 9AM - 5PM EST

Job Overview

      We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling to a provided list of leads with the goal of setting qualified appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persistent, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to a provided list of real estate leads throughout the day
  • Engage prospects professionally and confidently
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily call and appointment-setting targets
  • Accurately update call notes and appointment details in the CRM
  • Maintain a positive, resilient attitude in a fast-paced calling environment
