We are seeking a confident and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for a growing real estate business. This role requires someone who is truly manager material—a self-starter who can take ownership, manage campaigns end to end, run ads, and confidently coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, build, and manage marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
Create and edit social media content using Canva to support campaigns.
Coordinate with the video editor by submitting content, managing timelines, and overseeing deliverables.
Manage and track all content being sent to the video editor to ensure consistency and quality.
Oversee email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including content creation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Ensure marketing initiatives, including ads, are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong background in social media marketing, content creation, and ads management.
Hands-on experience using Canva for social media and marketing visuals.
Experience running and managing paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with video editing workflows and content coordination.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
