2+ years of proven experience as a Zoho Developer.
Hands-on experience with Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Recruit.
Proficiency with Deluge scripting, automations, workflows, blueprints, and process builder.
Experience building and maintaining API integrations with third-party applications.
Requirements:
Develop, customize, and optimize modules within Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Recruit, including automation, workflows, blueprints, custom functions (Deluge), and process builder setups.
Configure custom fields, page layouts, pipelines, assignment rules, and approval processes, and build/maintain API integrations with third-party applications.
Set up email templates, communication workflows, and candidate/lead pipelines in Zoho Recruit CRM; troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth platform performance.
Generate and automate reports and dashboards; maintain documentation and work with the team to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.
