Our client, an AI-powered IT staffing and recruiting company on the mission to reimagine how businesses harness talent, is looking for an energetic and proactive Sales Account Executive (Remote in the US). You will play a crucial role in the company by generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. You will work closely with C-suite and recruiters to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. This remote US position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently.

Ideal Customer Profile: CTO, CIO, VPE, HRD, TAM, C-level responsible for IT recruitment budget
Average deal size: $200,000
Average sales cycle: 1-3 months
Responsibilities:
Quota/KPIs for your first 3 months: sign 2-5 new accounts, generating 10-15+ open IT roles to fill
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets
Generate, negotiate and close deals with new clients and upsell existing accounts
Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored IT recruitment solutions
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years in a full sales cycle role with a proven successful track record in IT Staffing, IT Recruiting sales
Knowledge of different IT roles, programming languages and IT recruitment processes
Proficiency in using CRM, sales tools, and LinkedIn for networking and lead generation
Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
Be comfortable working remotely and across different time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
Established connections and book of business with hiring managers (CTO, CIO, HRD)
5+ years in IT Staffing, IT Recruitment sales
