Candidate Resourcer


Location: Hybrid

We are a thriving and well-established recruitment consultancy currently looking to add an experienced Candidate Resourcer to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, sourcing high-quality talent, and playing a key role in successful placements.



The Role:



As a Candidate Resourcer, you will support a team of consultants by identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates across live vacancies. You will be a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring you fully understand their career goals and align them with suitable opportunities.




Key Responsibilities:



Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and referrals


Proactively approach and engage candidates through calls, messages and social platforms


Conduct in-depth candidate conversations to understand experience, motivations and career objectives


Match and align candidates accurately with current live vacancies


Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process


Support consultants with shortlisting, interview coordination and feedback

Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate candidate information

Requirements



Previous experience as a Candidate Resourcer or in a recruitment support role


Strong ability to engage candidates and build rapport over the phone and online


Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools


Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach


Engineering recruitment experience (civil, structural, M&E, or related disciplines) would be a strong advantage

A genuine interest in helping candidates find the right role
