  • Partnership and Events Management: identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and lead proprietary or industry events to capture data and nurture leads.

Overall Purpose


As the Group Marketing Executive for us, you will manage the marketing engine for our three core member brands: Digital Blueprint, Bounce, and ClockWorks. Your primary mission is to build and manage the marketing infrastructure—spanning digital channels, strategic partnerships, and events—to drive measurable growth. You will plan, execute, and report on campaigns with a singular focus: generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that fuel our sales pipeline. Beyond driving our own growth, you will be a versatile asset to the wider business, collaborating with external agencies to deliver your campaigns and, where required, embedding with our Client Services team to support key client deliverables.



Key Responsibilities:


Brand Growth & MQL Generation Drive the visibility and commercial success of Digital Blueprint, Bounce, and ClockWorks.

Channel Management: Create, manage, and optimize marketing channels for each group member. Ensure a consistent, high-impact presence across social media, email, web, and other relevant platforms tailored to each brand’s specific audience.

Campaign Execution: Design and execute tactical marketing campaigns that deliver against specific MQL targets. Move beyond "brand awareness" to implementing strategies that convert interest into actionable sales leads.

Partnership Marketing: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that expand our reach. Leverage these relationships to co-create value, host joint initiatives, and access new pools of potential leads.

Events Management: Lead the strategy and delivery of proprietary and industry events. Ensure every event—whether a webinar, workshop, or conference—is structured to capture data and nurture attendees into the sales funnel.

Performance Reporting: Define clear KPIs for all activities. Produce regular performance reports analyzing MQL generation, cost-per-lead, and channel ROI, using these insights to refine future planning.

Collaboration & Delivery: Orchestrate resources to ensure world-class execution.

External Agency Management: Act as the primary lead for our external marketing and support teams. Brief them clearly, manage their output quality, and ensure they are delivering on time and on budget to support your strategies.

Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the leadership of Digital Blueprint, Bounce, and ClockWorks to align marketing activities with their specific business goals and product roadmaps.

Client Services Support: Leverage your expertise to support our billable client work.

Billable Support: When required, transition from internal marketing to client-facing delivery. Support the Client Services team by applying your campaign and strategy expertise to live client projects.

Flexible Resource: Act as an agile specialist who can step in to assist with high-priority client deliverables, workshops, or strategy sessions, ensuring we deliver excellence on all fronts.


Requirements


Proven Lead Generator: Demonstrable experience in planning and executing campaigns that generate MQLs (B2B experience preferred).

Multi-Brand Management: Ability to switch mindsets and strategies effectively between different brands (Digital Blueprint, Bounce, ClockWorks) while maintaining a cohesive group standard.

Event & Partnership Expert: Strong track record in managing events and commercial partnerships that drive genuine business value.

Agency Management: Experience briefing and managing external agencies or freelancers to get the best results.

Data-Driven: A keen eye for detail and a reliance on data to make decisions. You should be comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics platforms.

Adaptability: The ability to balance internal marketing goals with the occasional need to jump into client-side delivery.

Communication: A personable and professional character with the confidence to build rapport with partners, external agencies, and senior internal stakeholders.
