Job Description

We are seeking a strong techno-functional resource with proven experience in payer 340B validation, including hands-on expertise with BRG Binary and Validata.

This role will fully own the end-to-end 340B validation effort, allowing the FlEX upgrade team to remain focused on core upgrade activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute payer 340B validation activities using BRG Binary and Validata
  
• Serve as the primary owner for all 340B validation-related workstreams
  
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define expected outcomes
  
• Develop, review, and execute test scripts in collaboration with business and technical teams
  
• Plan, coordinate, and drive UAT, including:
  
• Test case management and execution
  
• Defect identification, triage, and resolution coordination
  
• UAT readiness and final sign-off support
  
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies to ensure minimal disruption to the FlEX upgrade timeline
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong techno-functional background
  
• Hands-on experience with payer 340B validation
  
• Deep experience with Validata
  
• Working knowledge of BRG Binary
  
• Ability to work independently and lead testing efforts end-to-end
  
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams
