  • Calling shortlisted candidates in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Pre-screening candidates for roles across entry level to senior management (horticulture and construction)
  • Arranging interviews for candidates with clients, conducting interview follow-ups, and maintaining records in the Applicant Tracking System

  • Permanent recruitment (no temp roles)
  • Flexible working hours (work on a contract basis averaging around 10 hours/week Monday to Friday)

Requirements

We are a South Brisbane based recruitment agency, looking to expand the team.

The role entails:
  • Shortlisting
  • Calling candidates that have been shortlisted in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Pre-screening on various positions we get through from entry level apprenticeships to senior management roles, mainly within the horticulture and construction industry.
  • Arranging interviews for candidates with clients
  • Interview followup with clients
  • Clients liaising on the status of their positions
  • Maintaining records within our Applicant Tracking System.
Hours can be anywhere between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, averaging around 2 hours/day. You must be available to work each day though.

This position suits a remote worker.

If you have had previous experience in this field, then great, that's ideally what we are after, as you understand the pressures that can come with the industry.

  • Excellent literacy skills

  • Able to make quick, concise decisions

  • Communicate on a professional level with clients and candidates

Benefits

Although our company is located on the south side of Brisbane, as you will be working remotely, your physical location is not a criteria. Phone and Zoom training will be provided.

Hourly rate will be negotiated pending what you can bring to the table.

An ABN will be required.
