Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Independently manage WMS implementation at client warehouses
Good understanding of warehousing processes and modules in a typical WMS tool
Work with end users to troubleshoot and query resolution
Should be able to answer business queries and parallely work with product team for issues resolution/enhancements.
Supporting Change Management activities to prepare the client for deployment and adoption (Change Program, Operating Model & Organizational alignment, Communications, Trainings)
