Strong background in order-to-cash processes with dispute management experience.
Basic cash application and analysis skills.
Familiarity with dispute tracking systems (Salesforce, PeopleSoft); SAP and Oracle experience preferred.
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills; self-starter.
Requirements:
Manage and resolve disputes within the order-to-cash process; perform basic cash application analysis.
