This is a remote position.
âParticipate in general operations processing functions, including client onboarding, account
servicing, document management, etc
âExperience in loan processing (including and not limited to loan application, disbursement,
repayment, refund, credit admin, etc.) is an advantage
â Ensure timely and prompt processing as per committed SLA
â Ensure processes and controls adheres to guidelines (internal, regulatory, etc.)
â Ensure timely and effective escalation of potential issues and resolution
â Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders (Front Office, Compliance, Credit, etc.)
to complete required processing and resolve issues arising
â Answer queries on operational processes
â Participate in process reviews (including mapping of processes) and system enhancements
(requirements gathering, testing, etc.)
â Create and maintain operations procedures
Requirements
â Minimum Diploma holder
â 1-2 years of experience
â Remote work – Singapore time
â Back office
â Effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to articulate your
thoughts clearly
â Results and service-oriented; able to work independently, sometimes under pressure
â Good analytical and organizational skills
â Have Advance Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables, lookups, data tables)
â Proficiency in English language is a must.
â Able to work independently as well as being effective as a team player.
